Tickets are non-refundable once purchased. A 50% deposit is available for stall holders & weekend tickets but this deposit is non-refundable and the balance must be paid 6 weeks prior to event, any later than that then you must contact LP Magazine. Tickets are non-transferable. Tickets will only be refunded if there is a major change in event schedule such as date or venue or cancellation. Profits from the sale of tickets will be divided between the Museum Trust and the Poppy Appeal. Tickets will be sent via email but can be sent by post with delivery charge.
Persons taking part in the investigation must be over 18 years of age, we reserve the right to ask for proof of I.D if we deem it necessary. LP Magazine staff also have the right to refuse entry to or remove any individuals who are under the influence of alcohol or drugs. We also reserve the right to remove anyone who acts in a way that causes distress to others with no refund. We cannot guarantee paranormal activity and offer no refund if there is none.

As with the investigation we reserve the right to remove anyone who is causing distress to others, with no refund. Photographs of the event will be published on our websites and social media accounts and this means we reserve the right to use your image. We endeavour to keep our guests as advertised but if for any reason there is a cancellation this will not entitle refunds.
